Chris obtained a B.S. from The University of Alabama in Psychology, graduating in 2004. He immediately started working in the Oil & Gas industry for a pipeline company focusing on CBM projects in the Black Warrior Basin. In 2006, he was hired by CDX Gas as a Construction Foreman. He transferred to Texas when he was promoted to Field Superintendent in the Barnett Shale. From there, Chris went on to become a VP of Operations for a major service company, focusing on growing their Marcellus operations and also helping to open operations in the Eagle Ford and Permian Basins. Chris was instrumental in helping to grow their business portfolio offering numerous services with an average of 600 employees.

In January of 2014, Chris connected with Gentry Williams, Louis D. Ruscitto, and others to form Capstone Energy Services focusing on the Marcellus and Utica Shale Regions, offering pipeline construction, environmental and roustabout services. Chris currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of the organization and wears many hats in addition to leading and overseeing daily operations for the company.

In his free time, Chris can be found hunting, playing golf, and watching Alabama football. He also enjoys working in the yard and renovating his 80 year-old Washington County home with is wife, Bet.
